These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MUEN Stylist mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by MUEN ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an agency or business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
You are responsible for safeguarding your device and any credentials used to access the Service, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the projects, looks, talent profiles, photos, receipts, estimates, and other materials you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights to upload and share Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights (including image rights of talent you manage).
MUEN Pro is available via auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Pricing and renewal terms are disclosed at purchase and managed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except as permitted by law; (c) interfere with the Service's operation or security; (d) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; or (e) use the Service to infringe the rights of others.
The Service relies on third-party providers (such as Apple for app distribution and payments, and cloud infrastructure providers for data storage). Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
We continually evolve the Service and may add, change, or remove features. We may also suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, with reasonable notice where practical. Some features require internet connectivity and may be unavailable offline.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that receipt scanning, AI features, or sync will be error-free, and you are responsible for verifying critical information (such as amounts, dates, and estimates) before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall MUEN or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion at marina.rudnitskaya@icloud.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where required by mandatory local law, that law will apply.
