MUEN Stylist ("MUEN", "the App", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the MUEN mobile application and any related services we provide.
When you create projects, looks, talent profiles, receipts, or estimates, the content you add (including photos, measurements, notes, prices, dates, and contact details) is stored on your device and — if you enable sync — in our secure cloud so you can access it across devices or share it with collaborators. You remain the owner of everything you create in MUEN.
MUEN requests access to your camera and photo library so you can attach outfit images, receipts, fitting photos, and talent references. Photos stay on your device and in your MUEN account; they are never shared with third parties for marketing or advertising.
When you scan a receipt, the image is processed to extract line items, amounts, payment method, and return deadlines. Extraction may be performed on-device or via a secure processing provider acting on our behalf. Receipt images and extracted data are used solely to power features inside MUEN and are not sold or used to train third-party models.
If you create an account, we store your email address and a secure credential so you can sign in. We may also store your display name and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number or agency. We use this information to operate the App, respond to support requests, and send transactional notifications (such as sign-in or receipt alerts). We do not sell this information.
MUEN offers in-app purchases and subscriptions processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information. We receive only the minimum subscription status needed to unlock MUEN Pro features on your account.
We collect limited, aggregated analytics and crash diagnostics to understand how features are used and to improve reliability. This data is tied to a random install identifier, not to your name or email. You can opt out of analytics in the App's settings.
Your MUEN data is stored on your device and, for synced accounts, in managed databases operated by our infrastructure providers. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
You control who sees your content. Looks, estimates, and PDFs are shared only when you explicitly export or send them. If you collaborate on a project, your invited teammates see the content you share with that project. We do not share your personal information with advertisers.
You can edit or delete your projects, looks, talent profiles, receipts, and estimates at any time from within the App. You can request account deletion and removal of your data by contacting us at marina.rudnitskaya@icloud.com. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to access, correct, or port your personal data; we will honor valid requests in line with applicable law.
MUEN is designed for professional use and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you inside the App.
